Citrus Mulled Wine

INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle (750 millilitres) red wine, dry
- 2 ounces (59 millilitres) Aperol®
- 2 ounces (59 millilitres) of honey
- 1 orange cut into slices
- Several star anise
- Cinnamon sticks
DIRECTIONS
- Combine red wine, Aperol®, honey, orange slices, 3 cinnamon sticks, 2 anise cloves in the rib roaster. Heat over MEDIUM heat to a simmer, reduce to low and cover. Serve as necessary, use orange slices, additional anise cloves and cinnamon sticks as a garnish when serving.
