Patio Palace Return Policy

Custom Order Item

All the patio furniture we sell at Patio Palace is custom made for each customer. This merchandise is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non- refundable.

Non – Custom order Merchandise

At Patio Palace we want to make your shopping experience with us as pleasurable as possible. We allow you to return non – custom order item within 7 days.

If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, then we will work with you to get it replaced.

To return a product:

  • These items must be new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging.
  • You must get a RMA number from one of our Customer Service people.
  • You will be responsible for shipping cost we incurred to get product to you and for shipping cost to get product back to Patio Palace. Naturally if the return is because of an error on our part we will pay for the shipping.
  • If your return is coming back via freight truck we will require you to get us a photo before your return will be authorized. We need this picture in case there is any damage to the item on its way back to us.
